SnapFill – Terms of Service

Welcome to SnapFill (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the SnapFill mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use SnapFill.
2. Use of the Service
SnapFill allows you to scan, auto-fill, and generate vehicle-related documents such as Bills of Sale. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you create.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your password.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your scanned data, documents, and inputs. We process and store this data only to provide and improve the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are managed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, RevenueCat). All pricing, billing, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout and governed by the applicable platform terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation;
- Forge, misrepresent, or otherwise falsify documents;
- Disrupt, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of generated documents. You are responsible for final review and lawful use.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
